June! Summer! I’m looking forward to this month, and I hope you are too. June is my birthday month, so I always look forward to it a bit more than any other month. Not that I care about my birthday too much, because I really don’t, but I’m not able to shake that childlike anticipation I feel when June approaches.
- As I said, my birthday is in June, and for the first time in many years, I am having a very small party for myself. Just a few friends and some board games and some cupcakes. I’m excited.
- The next Marvel show on Disney+, Ms Marvel, is out on the 8th. I don’t know anything about the character, and I’m a little hesitant about it being about teenagers because sometimes it’s pretty cringy, but early reviews seem positive.
- Three shows that have new seasons out this month are Umbrella Academy, The Boys, and Only Murders In The Building. None of these are shows I’m dying to see more of, but I enjoy them enough to keep watching.
Honestly, this June doesn’t seem to be jam-packed with activities, but that’s fine. At the time of writing this post, I am on vacation (first one in a long time) so I kind of feel like I’m getting my fill of excitement now, so a quieter June is okay.
Have a good June, y’all!

I am really excited about June- just a certain day
The month I am seeing Frozen- more excited than the original date (thanks to having to be a makeup day). Only because when it first was touring to Charlotte, it got postponed
Oooh that’s exciting! It’s been so long since I saw live theater. Glad you’re finally getting to see it!
This year——actually planning on 3 musicals
June- Frozen
October- Anastasia
November- Hadestown
Ooooh exciting! I’ve seen Anastasia, and it’s very fun! Hadestown is coming to my city next summer, so I’ll definitely go see it then.
